The Dendy Cinema Southport is proud to host the 36th Alliance Française French Film Festival from 25 March to 15 April. With 42 incredible films there will be something for everyone. The opening night film is "Monsieur Aznavour", celebrating Charles Aznavour, the iconic singer who brought French chanson to the global stage. With its dazzling sets, timeless music and an extraordinary true story it is an unmissable cinema experience. Other highlights of the festival include the Australian première of "The Count of Monte Cristo" and closing night film "In the Sub for Love", a side-splitting comedy about two French naval officers stuck in a submarine. The full program will be announced on 5th February, and tickets will go on sale on the Dendy website.
